WHO WE ARE

 

We have a 10 year track record of delivering high quality, results driven people and organisational services to our clients by placing people at the heart of our business solutions.  

 

Our network of associate consultants represents a broad range of specialist knowledge and professional experience. The benefit of this network is that it allows us to create unique project teams, custom-made to suit the assignment. This means that we can operate flexibly and cost effectively.
 

Julie Hall  is the Managing Consultant of Templetree Consulting.  She works across the organisational change and HR management and development spectrums and has extensive experience of individual, team and organisational development and both leading and supporting complex organisational change programmes in large organisations.  

 

As well as being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with an MA in Strategic Human Resources, she is an NLP Master Practitioner, qualified to BPS Level B for psychometric testing and profiling and is an experienced MBTI practitioner and coach.  

 

Julie is particularly interested in all aspects of organisational change and business transformation, and individual, team and organisational development and facilitation.

Lesley Pearson has extensive broad based cross sector HR experience which includes reward, assessment and development.  She has a highly practical, results oriented approach.

 

Also a Fellow of the CIPD, Lesley has a post graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the LSE, Diplomas in Psychological Counselling and Stress Management as well as being qualified at BPS Intermediate Level B for psychometric assessment.

 

Lesley is particularly interested in working with organisations to ensure that their HR and reward strategies are an intrinsic part of their business objectives.  She specialises in developing workable “total reward” policies and practices including pay, career development and the working environment and has worked on a diverse range of organisational change projects.

 

Jean Krywko has experience at a senior level in organisational and workforce development, HR strategy and employee relations and engagement as well as performance review.  

 

Jean’s skills lie in the design of change processes, facilitation and communications, offering creative approaches to steering the change process on all levels: organisational, service and individual.  She is particularly interested in supporting business and service improvement through innovative delivery methods.

 

Jean is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies and an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Mediation.   

 

Sheila Keogh has many years experience in supporting managers particularly in times of change and those with complex disciplinary problems or grievances.

 

As well as being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she is qualified in psychometric testing and profiling and is a qualified assessor and internal verifier for NVQs in administration, customer service and planning support.  

 

Sheila specialises in drafting policies to meet the needs of specific organisations and providing tailored training to ensure managers have the confidence and competence to implement their policies.

 

Sheila is also particularly interested in supporting managers in smaller organisations where there is no professional HR support in-house and where early intervention can improve working relationships.  

 

Annie Ralph works to support change and build excellence with leaders, top teams and boards. She does this through individual and team coaching, facilitation and action learning.

 

Annie is a former local government Chief Executive and draws on over seventeen years experience including being a Non-Executive Director.  

 

As well as being a qualified coach and mentor, coaching supervisor, accredited 360’ and MBTI practitioner, she is a qualified mediator.

 

Annie is particularly interested using a range of approaches and techniques to create clearly articulated outcomes enabling individuals and teams to use shared experiences to build an organisational culture which delivers world class services

 

Jane Dale is a former Primary Care Trust Chief Executive with a Masters in Business Administration from Henley Management College.

 

Jane’s work includes executive coaching for senior managers, facilitation of strategic team development events and managing staff through complex change. She is passionate about enabling individuals to fulfil their own potential whilst meeting organisational goals.

 

Her style is challenging, fun and engaging, and her accomplishments have been achieved through her energy, enthusiasm and stamina.

 

Kevin Rampling has extensive experience in driving and managing change in complex organisations. Skilled in the use of MSP, Prince 2 and other techniques to ensure programmes of change realise their benefits and are delivered on time. This is supported by being an experienced practitioner in multi-union environments, employment law, TUPE, equal pay and job evaluation.

 

Kevin is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, has an MA in Strategic Human Resources, qualified to BPS level B for psychometric testing and profiling and is an OPQ practitioner.

 

Kevin is particularly focused on improving organisational performance and capacity planning.

 

Angela Goldberg is an imaginative practitioner in all aspects of leadership development, especially in individual coaching and team shaping.

 

Her passion for developing individual and organisational potential has led to roles in education, the voluntary sector, local government, and regional government. She has also worked within a private sector consultancy using psychometrics and other assessment tools, in recruitment and talent management activities.

 

Angela is qualified to levels A and B by the British Psychological Society, an accredited assessor bySHL, and is licensed to use many psychometric tools such as OPQ, Wave, MBTI, LJI, TLQ, Hogan, Strengthscope and FIRO-B.

 

She holds a BA (Hons), a Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance, and an MSc in Strategic Training and Development. Her research into coaching and gender equality won the CIPD Management Report prize and was subsequently published. She is an accredited ILM coach.

 

Valerie Foote is a highly experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background, who can hit the ground running on strategic or operational assignments.

 

Recognised for quickly understanding business needs, providing strong leadership and delivering value across organisations, she has a successful 11- year track record of HR interventions in complex fast moving businesses and the public sector.  

 

Valerie’s skills lie in organisational design and change management – starting from understanding the business needs she explores the impact on systems, people and processes to implement change and embed the desired operating model ensuring business ownership including performance management and reward strategies.  

 

Valerie is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, has an MA in Human Resource Management and is trained in a range of change management tools and techniques.

 

Richard Wills has over 25 years operational Human Resources experience in both public and private organisations and has had held permanent and interim positions at HR Director level.  

 

Richard’s work includes improving organisational performance, managing change processes and improving individual effectiveness through personal coaching.

 

He is a Member of the CIPD and has achieved their Advanced Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. He also has a postgraduate Diploma in Personnel management from the LSE.
